Business Growth Builders – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Business Growth Builders LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
1.1 Refunds and Cancellations
All payments made for Business Growth Builders software subscriptions or related services are final and non-refundable.
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, prior payments will not be refunded or prorated.
- Annual subscriptions are also non-refundable once billed.
Upon cancellation, access to the Business Growth Builders platform and all associated data will be terminated. This includes, but is not limited to, funnels, automations, CRM data, communications, emails, marketing materials, training content, and support resources. Membership in any Business Growth Builders support groups or communities will also be revoked.
No refunds will be provided after the initial purchase for any reason.

1.2 Phone Numbers and Messaging Usage – No Refunds
Phone Numbers
Any phone number purchased through Business Growth Builders is non-refundable once activated. Ongoing monthly maintenance fees for the number remain non-refundable even if the number is subsequently deleted.
SMS / Call Usage Charges
All SMS, voice, and messaging charges incurred inside the platform are non-refundable, including charges resulting from:
- Bot activity
- Publicly shared or unsecured forms and workflows
- Misconfigured automations
Responsibility for Security
Users are responsible for implementing security measures such as CAPTCHA, double opt-in, or rate limiting to prevent fraudulent or excessive traffic.
Disputing Charges
If you believe a system-level error (not configuration or public exposure) caused erroneous billing, a written dispute must be submitted within 7 days of the charge posting. Refunds or adjustments are not guaranteed.
1.3 Subscription Terms & Auto-Billing
All subscription and usage fees are the responsibility of the account holder. Charges recur monthly or annually based on the selected plan and may include additional usage costs.
By subscribing, you authorize Business Growth Builders to automatically charge the payment method on file until a cancellation request is received.
Failure to use the software does not eliminate billing obligations.
1.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, platform access may be temporarily restricted.
If payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days, Business Growth Builders reserves the right to permanently delete the account and all associated assets.
1.5 Access to the Business Growth Builders Ecosystem
Active subscribers receive access to proprietary Business Growth Builders digital materials, which may include:
- Funnel designs and templates
- Automations and workflows
- CRM pipelines and systems
- Training and resources
- Support materials and community access
All such assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Business Growth Builders and may only be used while an active subscription is maintained.
These materials may not be transferred to:
- Other SaaS platforms
- External CRMs or funnel builders
- Third-party ecosystems
If a subscription is canceled, all access is immediately revoked.
Domains
- Domains purchased through Business Growth Builders are non-refundable after registration.
- Transfers may be requested after the ICANN 60-day lock period.
To avoid renewal fees, customers must email a written request at least 40 days before expiration to:

While we will submit the cancellation or transfer request on your behalf, we cannot guarantee prevention of renewal charges if registrar-level processing has already begun.
Failure to request transfer or renewal before expiration may result in forfeiture of the domain.
